Products like truss, pallets, bulky goods and oversize lengths will be sent with a freight forwarder or a parcel service; for which we will choose the cheapest fare. Further information can be found within the flat rate tables or can be obtained from your sales agent.

Cash on delivery charges (COD):
The COD charge is: 5,90€

Cargo insurance:
B&K Braun GmbH calculates 1% of the net value of the goods; maximum 5,00€. Further expenses for packaging (except fluorescent tubes) do not occur. Subsequent deliveries will not be charged with the cargo insurance.

Surcharge for small orders:
If an order is placed with a net value below 50,00€; we reserve the right to add a surcharge of 4,00€ for this order.

Subsequent deliveries:
Up to 4kg we deliver free of charge. Otherwise the freight charges for the subsequent deliveries result in the weight of the shipment. COD will not be charged extra for subsequent deliveries.

Returns:
In order to ensure a smooth flow we ask you not to send us any parcels without a certificate of return and a copy of your invoice. Shipments which are sent without these documents cannot be processed. Further we do not accept any forward deliveries.

Terms of delivery:
All deliveries are made unfranked ex our warehouse and at the risk of the recipient. All goods are delivered without illuminants in principle, only if the product description reads explicitly that the product includes an illuminant.
